Day 38 – Nov. 7

“And he said to them, ‘Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.’” – Mark 16:15

We are to proclaim the good news to everyone and yet we find it difficult to share with our neighbor next door. We must pray for God to empower us to speak up, unafraid of rejection, unafraid of questions we can’t always answer, unafraid of being misunderstood, etc. Let us pray for a boldness to express His love and salvation.

Dear Father – Fill us with your Holy Spirit so that we can draw attention to you and your salvation and your church and your kingdom. Remove all fear, all laziness, and all obstacles, real or imagined so that your salvation is shed abroad and souls are brought into your kingdom and new names are recorded in the Lamb’s Book of Life. Amen!
