Day 26 – Oct. 26

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition,
with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” -Philippians 4:6

The Bible encourages Christians by pray in faith and to make their requests known to God with thankfulness. Prayer is a way to overcome everyday anxieties by talking to God trusting that He cares and listens. Sometimes God’s answers seem obvious to us, but often God answers in ways that we never know. Give Him praise in prayer!

Gracious Father, we come to You with grateful hearts, thanking You for the answered prayers. Thank You for being a faithful God, hearing our cries, and responding with divine wisdom and love. We trust Your perfect timing in all things, and may our lives reveal our trust in Your plans for us, even when we do not understand all Your ways. We praise You for Your goodness and loving kindness to us and ask that our lives may reflect Your love to those around us. With humble hearts, we thank You for hearing our petitions. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
