Hospital-Health Care Professionals

Scripture

…he saw him and took pity on him, he went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine…and took care of him. -Luke 10:33-34 NIV

Observation

The Good Samaritan assisted a wounded, hurting, broken individual to bring hope, health and comfort in his time of need. Our community is blessed with healthcare facilities and providers available to meet our healthcare needs. Searcy alone has a major medical facility, a rehab hospital, an inpatient / outpatient behavioral health hospital, multiple medical clinics and over 300 physicians and healthcare providers for our wellbeing – both physical and mental. Let us be grateful to God for the institutions and individuals who serve us in this way.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for the healthcare facilities and providers in our community. Thank You, Father they are there for us to assist in healing our bodies when we are sick or injured. Thank You for each one’s calling, training and dedication to care for us. Bless them with wisdom and protect them and their families. Use each care giver as an instrument of your mercy and grace to help bandage our wounds

physically and emotionally. May each provider realize that ultimately You are the greatest physician of all. As our community continues to grow provide even more specialists that will provide greater care for our well-being. Father, may we never take for granted the medicine and treatment available to us. Thank You for our hospitals and healthcare professionals. In the name of Jesus amen.
